Privacy Policy for Speco One iOS Mobile Application.

Speco Technologies, as the distributor of the application Speco One for Apple® iOS devices, is fully committed to your privacy and therefore provide this as our privacy policy that governs the use of Speco One.
Please note that Speco Technologies may, at any time and at their discretion, change part of or the entire privacy policy. Any changes made will be noted on this web page. Continued use of the Speco One iOS application constitutes an acknowledgement of your acceptance to this policy. The date listed at the top of this page will indicate when the latest policy has taken effect.
Speco One is designed to collect no personal information such as e-mail addresses or Apple® iOS device information. The application will ask for permission to use the following:
– Notifications (to notify users of the application of any events coming from certain Speco Technologies’ IP systems designed to work with Speco One)
– Camera device (for scanning of the QR code)
– Microphone (for 2 way audio communication)
– Siri Access (for suggestions and allowance of locking screen on Speco One app)
– Background App Refresh (when Speco One is running in the background)
Speco One will also use the following:
– Photos folder to store captured images and video
During the duration of Speco One’s existence on an Apple® iOS device, the following will be stored in the application itself:
– IP Address of Speco Technologies’ IP system OR unique ID of device stored on a P2P server
– Username created at Speco Technologies’ IP system
– Password of username created at Speco Technologies’ IP system
During the time Speco One is connected to a Speco Technologies’ IP system via the P2P server, the following information will be used:
– The IP address of the Speco Technologies’ IP system is saved at the P2P server. This is deleted when Speco One is terminated.
– A unique ID created randomly by a custom algorithm to identify the AppleÆ iOS device is saved at the P2P server. This is deleted when Speco One is terminated.
If Speco One uses the IP address of the Speco Technologies’ IP system for connection, no device or personal information is stored at the IP system. Speco Technologies may provide information stored at the P2P server to certain law enforcement and government agencies as requested.
